- It allows you to track style inventory over multiple warehouses and the status of style orders you have placed with production (internal or external).
- It is integrated with the Orders module so that you can relate invoices to style orders and automatically check the completion status of style orders.

Materials Inventory
The Materials Inventory module of PolyOrganize is essential for those organizations that need to track the materials used to produce finished styles, at either the enterprise or sample room level.
- It allows you to create documents for ordering and receiving materials.
- It allows you to track materials inventory and the status of orders you have placed with suppliers or production.

Production
The Production module of PolyOrganize is an indispensable tool that manages the entire production cycle.
- It allows you to automatically transform customer orders into internal work orders.
- It allows you to automatically generate purchase orders (for materials you purchase) and production orders (for materials your produce), based on the work orders.
- Inventory quantities of both styles and materials are tracked as production documents (quantities of materials used, quantities of materials and styles received or produced) are generated.
- It allows you to quickly determine if sufficient materials are anticipated or on hand in order to proceed to production
- It is integrated with all the other modules so that you can relate production documents to customer orders and materials orders, and automatically check the completion status of customer orders.
